We have been raised to fear the yes within ourselves, our deepest cravings.

Tonya Keith

Coach, Educator, Facilitator

Tonya is both flame and river—structured brilliance and sensual softness. A cisgender queer woman, she has carried many names: daughter, sister, mother, partner, businesswoman, performer, guide, and many more. Each role has been a teacher, shaping the way she holds space for love, justice, and wholeness.

She has mastered the art of creating order in complexity. Today she moves with ease between global boardrooms and grassroots circles—balancing the precision of process with the poetry of human connection.

Yet her deepest calling has always been toward liberation—queer liberation, erotic liberation, the liberation found in remembering that our bodies are sacred. She has served as a leader in social justice, a steward of wellness, and a guide into embodied pleasure.

Tonya believes that our bodies are sites of resistance and reverence, woven with wisdom. To touch them with care is to find our deepest truths. To center pleasure is to reclaim power. To live fully embodied is to declare ourselves already whole, already worthy, already empowered.

She is here to remind us that we can hold both the demands of survival and the call of desire—that financial wellness and erotic sovereignty, structure and softness, can co-exist. Her work is an offering, a reminder, a flame: to live and love unapologetically, courageously, and with exquisite tenderness.
